Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In case you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it. It provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows: 

 

1. Cancellation Policy for Digital Products

Any order placed for digital products (i.e, presets, courses, templates, actions, etc) can neither be canceled and nor refunded. We have a strict No-Return Policy on all digital products available across the site.

2. Cancellation Policy for Physical Products

Any order for a physical product can be canceled only before shipping. ​We will not accept any order cancelation once the product is shipped. For Cancellations please contact us via contact us link. Requests received later than 3 days, as per order date, will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy for Events or Tours

  • Cancellation before 30 days of the event/tour- 0% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation between 30 to before 15 days of the event/tour- 50% cancellation fee

  • Cancellation between 15 to before 7 days of the event/tour- 75% cancellation fee

  • No refund from 7 days of the event/tour

  • P.S: The Booking is transferable. Not refundable

  • In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason(s), we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing.

  • During “Peak-Season,” any particular hotel/venue/other service providers may implement a different cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above-stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the guest and not by Bespoke Tours.

  • Modifications/Cancellations sent directly to the hotels/ service providers will not be honored.

4. Refund Policy (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchange Policy (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@whatashot.in and send your item to: B-47, 3rd Floor, Street No-5, Mohan Park, Naveen Shahdra, Delhi, India 110032. Once your exchange request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your request will be processed.

6. Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped within 5-7 Days using the national carrier services. To return your product, you should mail your product to:B-47, 3rd Floor, Street No-5, Mohan Park, Naveen Shahdra, Delhi, India 110032. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over ₹1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 

7. Please Note

a. In case of a damaged product, the request will only be accepted if the same will be reported within a time span of 7 days as per the product delivery date.

b. Any exchange or Refund Request will only be accepted only if we receive a written mail request. The date of email for requesting a return/refund/exchange will be acknowledged as the official filing date for the same request.
