How do I place an order?


To place an order, simply choose a product from wide range of our store section. Select 'Add To Cart' option, confirm quantity and click on 'Buy Now'. Now on the payment page you can select your suitable payment method and enter your payment details and confirm the payment. Once the payment is processed, it will redirect you to the order details page and here you can check your order status.




I have ordered a digital product, where will I recieve it?


If you have ordered any digital product like Course or templates, you will get the download link directly in your provided email id.




How can I see my Wishlist?


To view your wishlist, go to your profile, click on 'My Wishlist' and you will be able to access all your saved products.




How to create a Wishlist?


To create your wishlist, firstly you need to Log In / Sign Up your account. After that you can simply go to any product and click on heart icon to add it in your wish list.




How can I see my order details?


To view your order details, go to your profile, click on 'My Orders' and you will be able to access all your saved products.

How do I register for an event?


To register for an event, simply choose an event, go to Ticket option, confirm quantity and click on 'Buy Now'. Now on the payment page you can select your suitable payment method and enter your payment details and confirm the payment. Once the payment is processed, you will be registered for the event and the ticket will be shared on your given email id.




Is registration necessary?


Some events are hosted for only a limited number of people. Hence, it is highly reccomended that you register prior to book your slot. For more details, please contact us on our chat box option (bottom right corner of your screen) or email us at: contact@whatashot.in




Can I cancel my event registration?


Our Cancellation Policy: 1. Cancellation before 30 days of the trip- 0% cancellation fee 2. Cancellation between 30 to before 15 days of the trip- 50% cancellation fee 3. Cancellation between 15 to before 7 days of the trip- 75% cancellation fee 4. No refund from 7 days of the trip 5. P.S: The Booking is transferable. Not refundable 6. In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing. 7. During “Peak-Season,” any particular hotel / venue / other service provider may implement a different cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the guest and not by Bespoke Tours. What is our Refund Policy for events?


Our Refund Policy: 1. If the event or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, 'What a Shot' shall not be responsible to give any refund. However, at its sole discretion, the Company can give the refund based on various factors and the final decision on the quantum of refund shall lie with its management. 2. The client cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc due to any reason whatsoever. How do I create an account on What a Shot?


You can create your account on What a Shot by signing up through Facebook, Google or your E-Mail. Click on "Log In / Sign Up" tab in the header, after that select your suitable Sign Up Method - Facebook, Google or your E-Mail to create your account.




Is it mandatory to create an account before placing any order or participating in an event?


It's not mandatory to create an account to buy any product or to participate in an event, but it preferrable to do so. By creating an account you can simplytrack your orders, check your order history, create your wishlist and much more.




I forget my password, how can I recover it?


To reset your password, simply go to log in page and click on 'forgot password'. Follow the provided steps as it will allow you to easily reset your password if you need to.




Can I vote without making an account?


No, one cannot vote or follow others without making an account.




How can I delete my account?


Go to your Account settings and choose to delete your account.




Is there any app for the site?


We do not have an app, for now, it will come shortly.




Why is making an account necessary?


To take full advantages and get to know of the contests and participate in the tasks.

What should I do if my payment fails?


Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.




I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?


GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.




How is the GST amount decided?


GST amount: If applicable, the amount of GST collected from customer depends on category, for example (i) Clothing: Max 12% (ii) Camera Bags: Max 18% (iii) Accessories/Other Categories: Max 28%




If I return/cancel the purchased product/service will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?


Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping charges collected from the consumer under What a Shot shipping/refund/return policy. What is discount capping on coupons?


For certain products there may be policies restricting maximum discount (including product discount and coupon discount) to a fixed percentage of product MRP. In such cases, the discount on certain coupons might get capped. Please check Cart for final coupon discount value applied.
